Yoga-Acupuncture Session

The Yoga Acupuncture Ritual is a deeply restorative in-person experience combining guided breathwork, gentle yoga, acupuncture, and meditation.

The session begins with calming breathwork, followed by an easy yoga flow designed to release tension and prepare the body for rest. You will then settle into Savasana while acupuncture needles are carefully placed, followed by a guided meditation to support relaxation, stillness, and balance.

Restorative herbal tea will also be available during the session.

No previous yoga or acupuncture experience is required. Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early.

    On damp skin, lather a nickel-size amount of gentle gel or cream between palms. Massage face and neck for 30–45 seconds, focusing the T-zone, hairline, and around the nose. Keep pressure light to protect the barrier; if you wore SPF or worked out, sweep along the jaw and under the chin.

    Rinse with lukewarm water until the slip is gone—no squeak, no tightness. Cup water and sweep outward; check hairline and brows for residue. If needed, lift remaining film with a soft damp cloth. Skip hot water to avoid redness and dryness.

    Use the fine edge to fill any sparse areas or extend the tail for a polished outline. Blend with a spoolie to soften lines and set the shape. The result: balanced, full brows that frame your face without looking drawn-on.
